Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund policy is as below:

Refund policy for LIVE Webinar/On-Demand/Pre-Recorded:

If the live webinars, on-demand webinars, or pre-recorded webinars are cancelled under the following conditions, paudioz will give a refund for the full value of the order.:

  • Paudioz has cancelled this event due to unforeseen circumstances, a threat from the devil, or any technological issues..
  • Customer cancellation with at least five days prior notice of the webinar date.

The following situation does not place Paudioz under any obligation to issue a refund.:

  • After logging in, if a client or participant leaves the webinar in the middle of it.
  • If there is any technical problem at customer/attendee’s end.

Refund policy for DVD/Transcript/Any Digital Download:

  • If you cancel your DVD/CD or transcript order before the webinar’s start date, Paudioz will return your money in full.
  • Customer must return any damaged or defective DVDs or CDs within 20 days after delivery if they were received.
  • For transcripts and other digital files, there is no way to get a refund.

Refund policy for a package deal:

This policy applies to any combination of live webinars, on-demand content, DVDs, transcripts, or digital downloads that the customer has purchased.

  • If you cancel part of your order at least five days prior to the webinar, you will be charged the full price of the product you purchased and the remaining sum will be credited back to your account.
  • Along with this combo offer policy, there is also a policy for live, on-demand, pre-recorded webinars, DVDs, transcripts, and any other digital downloads.
